The Vishuddha or Throat Chakra is the fifth chakra, located in the throat area, and is associated with communication, self-expression, and the ability to speak your inner truth. Its element is ether or space, symbolizing the vastness required to articulate ideas and express ourselves authentically.
The Vishuddha chakra is often represented by the color blue, and it acts as a bridge between the heart (emotions) and the mind (thoughts), integrating the wisdom of both
An imbalanced or blocked throat chakra can manifest as difficulty expressing oneself, fear of judgment, introversion, or physical symptoms like a sore throat or stiff neck.
On the other hand, an overactive throat chakra may lead to excessive talking, dominating conversations, or speaking without listening.
