LEVEL II

welcome to the level ii
After 21 days of practicing the basics of Surya Namascar and a variety of meditations and affirmations, we are ready to explore our practice in a deeper way.
In Om Dojo, we believe that one of the ways to get into a balanced state of our whole being is to adapt to the cycles of nature.
That’s why for the next 21 days we propose to practice in the morning and before going to sleep in the evening.
Day by day, we are transforming our way of being in the world.

Other benefits of Yoga Nidra include: Helping calm your sympathetic nervous system, otherwise known as the “fight or flight” response, and fosters a feeling of soothing relaxation.

try Intermittent Fasting⏳
Adding intermittent fasting to this 21-day period can yield a multitude of benefits, enhancing both physical health and mental well-being. This is, of course, an optional practice, and its effects can vary based on gender.
Men typically follow a 24-hour (solar) cycle, whereas women follow a 28-day (lunar) cycle.
While men can generally maintain the same routine every day, it is important for women to understand where they are in their cycle so they can adapt their fasting and exercise routines to meet their body's specific needs.
