chakra introduction

welcome to the level iii
After another round of 21 days practicing the basics of Surya Namascar and a variety of meditations and affirmations, we are ready to bring more awareness to our chakra system.
Understanding the chakras is a profound journey into the subtle energy systems that govern our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Chakras, or energy centers, are seen as points in the body where life force, or prana, flows. Each of the seven main chakras corresponds to specific aspects of our life experience, from basic survival needs to higher spiritual awareness.
When these energy centers are balanced and aligned, we can live more harmoniously, feel a sense of purpose, and navigate lifeβs challenges with resilience and clarity. However, when chakras are blocked or imbalanced, we may experience various physical, emotional, or mental difficulties.
The more we understand and work with our chakras, the more we can release the layers of fear, past conditioning, and energetic blockages, ultimately moving toward a state of wholeness, peace, and self-mastery.
