HARMONIZING
THE DOJO

Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese practice that focuses on harmonizing individuals with their surrounding environment. It originates from the Taoist understanding of nature, particularly the concept of qi (or chi), which is the vital life force that flows through everything. The goal of Feng Shui is to optimize the flow of qi in a space, creating balance, health, prosperity, and well-being.

There is no better way to start your daily practice than harmonizing your dojo. Take 20 minutes to go through your space, decluttering it and allowing the energy to move better. Learn more here

third eye chakra

or ajna

The Ajna Chakra, also known as the Third Eye Chakra, is the sixth chakra in the traditional system and is located at the center of the forehead, between the eyebrows. It is often referred to as the "seat of intuition" and is associated with higher consciousness, foresight, and inner wisdom. This chakra governs our ability to see beyond the physical, offering insights into both the external and internal worlds, as well as helping us to transcend duality. It is associated with the pituitary gland, known for regulating hormones related to growth, metabolism, and emotional stability

journaling

· In what areas of my life do I trust my intuition, and where do I tend to second-guess myself?

· What recurring dreams, symbols, or patterns have I noticed, and what’s their meaning?

· When do I feel most connected to my inner wisdom, and how can I access this feeling more frequently?
